These are blank hard shells made for sublimation and heat transfer. Each set gives you an upper and a lower piece with a plain white printable surface, so you can press your own photos, patterns and logos and sell them as finished earphone cases. The shells are moulded 1:1 from the real devices, so the lid closes firmly and the cut-outs line up.

How to use
Print your artwork at the size that matches your AirPods model, then press it onto the shell using your usual sublimation time and temperature. Work one piece at a time so the shell stays flat while it is hot, and let it cool fully before clipping the lower piece onto the charging case. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid soaking the shell or leaving it in direct sun for long periods.
Shipping and returns
Orders are dispatched within three working days from our manufacturing partner. International delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days depending on destination. Unused blank shells can be returned within 7 days of delivery; printed or customised pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please note: shells ship blank. Any printed designs shown in product photos are examples of what the blank shell is capable of.

- Small sample orders: shipping can be a large share of the total. Review the delivered total before paying.
- Planned bulk orders: compare eligible sea and air options when your schedule allows. A combined order may reduce shipping per item, but extra weight or parcel size can move the shipment into a higher price band.
- Time-sensitive orders: confirm the arrival requirement before paying. Transit estimates do not include processing time and are not guarantees.
To compare quotes, use (goods + shipping + any applicable taxes or fees) ÷ number of pieces as an average delivered cost per piece. For mixed products, this is an order average rather than the individual cost of each item.
Order processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Tracking uploads can take an additional 1–3 days for air shipments or 2–5 days for sea shipments.
Shipping methods and estimated transit times
Delivery time depends on the shipping service, destination and parcel weight. The estimates below are transit times after dispatch, not a guaranteed delivery date.
- Air express: usually 5–10 days; faster express services usually 3–7 days.
- Postal air shipping: usually 7–15 days; remote destinations may take 15–21 days. Weight limits depend on the service.
- Air to door: usually 7–15 days; remote addresses may take longer.
- Sea to door: usually 30–60 days. Selected fast US services may take 3–4 weeks. Service availability depends on destination and shipment size; port or sailing delays can extend transit time.
Duties and taxes
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) applies only when the selected shipping service or your confirmed quotation explicitly states DDP or duties/taxes included. For these services, import duties and taxes are included as stated in the quote. Other services may require payment of import duties, taxes or clearance charges on arrival. Check the selected shipping option before paying; contact us if its tax treatment is unclear.
Shipping costs and available services depend on your destination, order weight and size. Use checkout or a confirmed quotation for the applicable rate and delivery estimate.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking may become available after the shipping agent processes the parcel. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, contact the local carrier and us so we can investigate with the shipping company.
