Shipping policy
Check your delivered cost before ordering
Orders ship from China. Product prices do not include international shipping unless the selected listing explicitly states otherwise. Available methods and costs depend on destination, order weight, parcel size and product restrictions.

- Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available methods and the order total before payment.
- Check the selected service's transit estimate and whether duties and taxes are included.
If shipping looks high or no suitable option appears, request a shipping quote with your country, postal code, product links, quantities and required arrival date. A lower rate is not guaranteed.
Order processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days unless the selected product or option states a longer preparation time. Custom printing and some configurations require additional production time. Tracking uploads can take an additional 1–3 days for air shipments or 2–5 days for sea shipments.
Shipping methods and estimated transit times
These are estimated transit times after dispatch. Processing and production time are additional. The selected checkout service or confirmed quotation provides the estimate applicable to your order. Where a service states working or business days, use that basis.
United States
- Air express: usually 5–10 days; faster express services usually 3–7 days.
- Postal air shipping: usually 7–15 days; remote destinations may take 15–21 days.
- Air to door: usually 7–15 days; remote addresses may take longer.
- Sea to door: usually 30–60 days. Selected fast US services may take 3–4 weeks.
Europe
Air shipping: generally similar to US estimates for comparable services. The exact estimate depends on your country, address and selected service.
DDP sea shipping: approximately 8 weeks on eligible routes, with duties and taxes included as stated for that service. Confirm availability for your country and postal code before ordering.
Australia, Canada and other destinations
Use the shipping estimate shown for your destination at checkout or request a quotation. US and European estimates do not automatically apply to these destinations.
Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Remote-area delivery, sailing schedules and port delays can extend transit time. For an event or production deadline, contact us before paying.
Duties and taxes
DDP applies only when the selected shipping service or confirmed quotation explicitly states DDP or duties/taxes included. Import duties and taxes are included as stated for those services. Other services may require import duties, taxes or clearance charges on arrival. Contact us before payment if the selected service's tax treatment is unclear.
Planning sample and bulk orders
For small sample orders, shipping can be a large share of the total. For planned bulk orders, compare eligible air and sea options when your schedule allows. Combined orders may reduce shipping per item, but added weight or parcel size can move the shipment to a higher price band.
Compare average delivered cost per piece using (goods + shipping + applicable taxes or fees) divided by quantity. For mixed products, this is an order average.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking may become available after the shipping agent processes the parcel. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact the local carrier and us so we can investigate with the shipping company.
