Blank Heat Transfer Phone Case for iPhone - TPU + PC 2-in-1 with a Printable Back Plate

A blank phone case made for heat transfer printing. The case is a two-part build: a TPU + PC shell that grips the phone, plus a separate back plate you print yourself and stick on with the double-sided tape already applied to it. Because the printed plate is a separate part, you can print one run of plates and swap the artwork without touching the case.

The cases ship completely blank and unprinted, ready for your own artwork.

Three printable plate options

  • Pearlescent white aluminium plate - the surface carries a fine pearlescent sparkle, so printed colours pick up a subtle shimmer. This is the best-selling plate type.
  • Pure white aluminium plate - the same aluminium plate without the pearlescent finish, for a flat, clean print result.
  • Heat transfer plastic plate - the newest plate material. Unlike the aluminium plates, it allows wireless charging and NFC to pass through the case.

Case body

  • Two body colours - solid Black, or a semi-transparent Frosted finish that shows a hint of the phone underneath.
  • Anti-slip texture - the grooved anti-slip pattern on the frame gives a firmer grip than a plain glossy shell.
  • Soft-shell construction - the TPU layer flexes for easy fitting and cushions the corners, while the PC adds rigidity.
  • Camera cut-out - shaped to the phone's own camera bump, so the lens sits flush.

Printing instructions

  1. Print with sublimation paper or inkjet transfer paper. The ink must be sublimation ink of the type used for coated mugs.
  2. Peel the protective film off the white face of the plate, then fix the printed transfer to the plate with heat-resistant tape.
  3. Set the heat press to 180 C / 365 F. Press inkjet transfer paper for 80-100 seconds, or sublimation paper for 40-60 seconds.
  4. Place the transfer paper underneath and the plate on top.
  5. When the plate has cooled, peel the tape and press the plate onto the case using the double-sided tape already fitted to it.

Please note

If you are covering the plate with Song brocade or another fabric, bring your own double-sided tape or adhesive. When clamping plates in a press, use a semicircular clamp - too much pressure on a flat clamp can crack the frame.

Choose a method for your deadline

  • Small sample orders: shipping can be a large share of the total. Review the delivered total before paying.
  • Planned bulk orders: compare eligible sea and air options when your schedule allows. A combined order may reduce shipping per item, but extra weight or parcel size can move the shipment into a higher price band.
  • Time-sensitive orders: confirm the arrival requirement before paying. Transit estimates do not include processing time and are not guarantees.

To compare quotes, use (goods + shipping + any applicable taxes or fees) ÷ number of pieces as an average delivered cost per piece. For mixed products, this is an order average rather than the individual cost of each item.

Order processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Tracking uploads can take an additional 1–3 days for air shipments or 2–5 days for sea shipments.

Shipping methods and estimated transit times

Delivery time depends on the shipping service, destination and parcel weight. The estimates below are transit times after dispatch, not a guaranteed delivery date.

  • Air express: usually 5–10 days; faster express services usually 3–7 days.
  • Postal air shipping: usually 7–15 days; remote destinations may take 15–21 days. Weight limits depend on the service.
  • Air to door: usually 7–15 days; remote addresses may take longer.
  • Sea to door: usually 30–60 days. Selected fast US services may take 3–4 weeks. Service availability depends on destination and shipment size; port or sailing delays can extend transit time.

Duties and taxes

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) applies only when the selected shipping service or your confirmed quotation explicitly states DDP or duties/taxes included. For these services, import duties and taxes are included as stated in the quote. Other services may require payment of import duties, taxes or clearance charges on arrival. Check the selected shipping option before paying; contact us if its tax treatment is unclear.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking may become available after the shipping agent processes the parcel. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, contact the local carrier and us so we can investigate with the shipping company.
