Ordering and shipping

Where does my order ship from?

Orders ship from China. International shipping is added separately from the product price.

How can I see the total before paying?

Add your products and quantities, then enter your shipping address at checkout to see available shipping methods and the order total. Check whether duties and taxes are included in the selected service. See shipping options and delivered-cost guidance.

What if shipping looks high or I cannot find a suitable method?

Request a shipping quote. Include your country, postal code, product links, quantities and required arrival date. We can check eligible options for your order; availability and prices vary.

Do you offer wholesale and custom pricing?

Contact us with the products, quantities and any printing or packaging requirements for a quotation. Large-order reference prices apply only to the stated conditions and are subject to confirmation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Many standard products can be ordered individually. Check the product listing and selected option; custom orders may require a minimum quantity.

Can I order samples?

Sample orders are welcome. Product and international shipping charges apply. Check the delivered total and selected shipping estimate before paying.

How long does shipping take?

Processing and transit time are separate. Timing depends on the selected service, destination and shipment. Review our Shipping and Returns guide and the specific checkout method or confirmed quotation. If you have an event deadline, contact us before ordering.

Does DDP apply to every order?

No. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) applies only when your selected shipping method or confirmed quotation explicitly states that duties and taxes are included.

Products and printing

Are these blank products or finished printed products?

Check the individual listing. Sublimation blanks are supplied for decoration; custom printing requires a confirmed quotation unless the listing explicitly includes printing.

Why do some options cost much less than others?

Some listings include replacement inserts, adhesive or processing add-ons alongside complete products. Select the complete product if that is what you need. A custom-printing inquiry option is not a final price for a printed product.

Can I use the same printing settings for every blank?

No. Settings depend on the material, coating, equipment and transfer supplies. Use the product-specific reference where available and test a sample before a production run.

Returns and support

What if my products have a quality problem or arrive damaged?

Contact us within 15 days after delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Read the full Returns & Refunds policy and contact us before returning items.
