Check your delivered cost before ordering

Orders ship from China. Product prices do not include international shipping. The available shipping methods and cost depend on your destination, order weight, parcel size and product restrictions.

  1. Add the products and quantities you need.
  2. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping methods and the order total before payment.
  3. Compare the total cost and estimated transit time. Check whether the selected method explicitly includes duties and taxes.

Shipping looks high, or no suitable option appears?

Request a shipping quote with your country, postal code, product links, quantities and required arrival date. We can check available options for your order. A lower rate is not guaranteed.

Choose a method for your deadline

  • Small sample orders: shipping can be a large share of the total. Review the delivered total before paying.
  • Planned bulk orders: compare eligible sea and air options when your schedule allows. A combined order may reduce shipping per item, but extra weight or parcel size can move the shipment into a higher price band.
  • Time-sensitive orders: confirm the arrival requirement before paying. Transit estimates do not include processing time and are not guarantees.

To compare quotes, use (goods + shipping + any applicable taxes or fees) ÷ number of pieces as an average delivered cost per piece. For mixed products, this is an order average rather than the individual cost of each item.

Order processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Tracking uploads can take an additional 1–3 days for air shipments or 2–5 days for sea shipments.

Shipping methods and estimated transit times

Delivery time depends on the shipping service, destination and parcel weight. The estimates below are transit times after dispatch, not a guaranteed delivery date.

  • Air express: usually 5–10 days; faster express services usually 3–7 days.
  • Postal air shipping: usually 7–15 days; remote destinations may take 15–21 days. Weight limits depend on the service.
  • Air to door: usually 7–15 days; remote addresses may take longer.
  • Sea to door: usually 30–60 days. Selected fast US services may take 3–4 weeks. Service availability depends on destination and shipment size; port or sailing delays can extend transit time.

Duties and taxes

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) applies only when the selected shipping service or your confirmed quotation explicitly states DDP or duties/taxes included. For these services, import duties and taxes are included as stated in the quote. Other services may require payment of import duties, taxes or clearance charges on arrival. Check the selected shipping option before paying; contact us if its tax treatment is unclear.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking may become available after the shipping agent processes the parcel. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, contact the local carrier and us so we can investigate with the shipping company.

Returns and refunds
