Quick answer: Choose a sublimation aluminum sheet by its finished use, mounting method and dimensions first. For the same alloy and sheet size, a thicker sheet generally resists bending more. Thickness alone does not tell you the print quality or the correct heat-press setting.
Compare the three thickness options
SP Sublimation's single-sided sublimation aluminum sheets include 0.45mm, 0.65mm and 1.0mm options. The following comparison is a buying aid, not a load rating or a test report.

A large panel and a small insert behave differently even at the same thickness. Order a sample in the actual dimensions you plan to sell, especially before committing to a bulk run.
Choose the printable surface and finish
This listing is for single-sided printable sheets. Pure White and Pearl White finishes are listed; select the finish in the product options. If matching an existing range, compare a physical sample under the lighting where it will be displayed. A screen image is not a reliable finish match.
Do not assume the reverse side is printable. Double-sided material and 0.22mm sheets require an availability check; they are not consistently stocked according to the product specification.
Check dimensions, corners and holes separately
Listed dimensions include 10 × 15cm, 15 × 20cm, 20 × 30cm, 30 × 40cm, 40 × 60cm and 60 × 120cm. Available combinations are shown in the selector. Custom cuts can be discussed from a 120 × 60cm source sheet.
Rounded corners and hole making cost extra. The option called “4 Round Corner for each sheet” is a processing add-on, not a complete aluminum sheet. For a custom order, provide thickness, finish, width, height, quantity, corner radius and hole positions. State every measurement in the same unit.
Plan a print test before production
Use a coated sublimation blank and settings appropriate to its coating and your press. Sawgrass's heat-press chart describes its values as starting points that require suitable substrates, a calibrated press and testing. A generic metal setting is not a tested recipe for every SP sheet.
Test the same finish, thickness and size as the order. Record your press, temperature, time, pressure and transfer materials, then inspect the result before printing the remaining blanks.

No. Match thickness to the mounting system and handling needs. A backed small print and a larger panel may need different specifications.
